What Customers Say About Apple USB Ethernet Adapter - Network adapter - Hi-Speed USB - Ethernet, Fast Ethernet - 10Base-T, 100Base-TX:

This item comes standard in the MBA box. Unlike previous versions, now you need to buy the video adapter if you plan on using an external monitor.
Gives my Air some breathing room. Works as expected. Now a part of my laptop bag.
Don't leave home without it. Sure, Apple ought to supply one with each MacBook Air, but it doesn't. Plug it into the USB, add the Ethernet cord, and you'll get the Internet. This device weighs a few ounces, so stick in in your briefcase. It works. What else do you need to know. There will be times when you need the Internet, and can't get it wirelessly.
If you are worried about the effects of radio waves on health then this is the essential alternative to wi-fi. Works seemlessly.
It doesn't really look quite like other Apple products, but it works flawlessly and Mac OS installs it the second you plug it in, which is actually really impressive. So it works perfectly but seems ugly as far as Apple standards go.
